Financial Inclusion has got momentum in the recent past in India. In order to promote the accessibility and outreach of banking and financial services to the masses, banking sector reforms have been introduced by Reserve bank of India, besides implementing regulatory framework for financial inclusion. Recently after demonetization banking the unbanked has gained importance. For countries as well as firms, the strategies of yesteryears may not be appropriate in the next decade which calls for new strategies, paradigms and practices. Our focus, therefore, is on new practices and policies for growth in a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) environment with a special emphasis on India.
